Ubud

Located inland, Ubud is known for its lush rice terraces, traditional villages, and cultural attractions. It’s a great place to live if you want to be immersed in Balinese culture and nature. Like Canggu and Seminyak, Ubud also has a number of great restaurants and it puts you at a motor bike ride away from many things across the island.A big draw of Ubud is that you're more immersed in nature - you can find dozens of beautiful waterfalls just a short drive away.

Uluwatu

Located on the southern coast of Bali, Uluwatu is known for its beautiful beaches and seafood restaurants. It’s a more residential area, with a mix of villas and apartments, making it a great place to live if you want to be close to the beach but not in the thick of the tourist crowds. Uluwatu is world renowned for its amazing beaches for surfing.

Sanur

Located on the east coast of Bali, Sanur is a more established neighborhood with a mix of expats and locals. It has a laid-back atmosphere and is known for its beautiful beaches and bike-friendly streets.
