Moving through the city
Arugam Bay is a compact town where most restaurants, shops, and the main beach are within easy walking distance of any guesthouse. For trips further afield, tuk-tuks are the go-to option for short hops — fares from Pottuvil bus station into town start at around LKR 200 (~$0.60).
