Introducing Wanderlust New Tab

I created Wanderlust New Tab extension, as a digital nomad (30 countries and counting!), who knows how hard it is to decide the next best place to go, and find the great places in each town.

I wanted a trustworthy tool that would make it easy to know the best spots (food 🍕, work cafes, airbnbs and neighborhoods) for each new place that I go, while being able to save those experiences and locations as a type of digital passport 🛂.

Where are we going from here?

I have so many great features in the works, but I'd love to hear what you want in Wanderlust. How can this tool help you the most? Here are a few upcoming features:

Find all the good stuff

Have you ever been to a new city having done all the research for hours, and still landed up in the wrong part of town? This is all too real for me. I could never find one trustworthy place to go for where to stay, what restaurants to go to, and where to work.

Wanderlust will help surface all of these things while not having too much information bloat. Wanderlust will always be easy to use and highly curated.

Your digital passport

With digital entrances to countries now, often times you no longer get a stamp on your passport. Not only that, but I didn't even receive my old passport back when I renewed it!

Wanderlust will help you keep track of all your travels in a simple interface, while also providing you fun facts about your travels!

Finding a community abroad is difficult

If you're a digital nomad, it's difficult to find and create a community abroad. Over time, we want to create a community of nomads and travelers so it's easy to connect with others abroad wherever you are. We are in the early stages of defining what this looks like, so if you have any ideas, I'd love to hear them!

Get out there and start exploring!

I can't wait to hear your feedback (good and bad!) so I can continue to make this useful for every traveler around the world 🌎.
